As a Certified Health and Wellness Coach, I help my clients envision their destination first so we can chart a route together. We begin by discovering, celebrating and utilizing your strengths. Next, we’ll plan ahead for challenges and adjust along the way. I will come alongside you as a supportive guide, but you are always in the lead. Your steps forward will be purposeful and feel natural.
My areas of expertise are planning and preparing healthy delicious food, feeding families, joyful movement, and real self-care for busy adults. My career background includes almost 20 years as an elementary music teacher. I also have 2 children, several pets and a never-ending to-do list. I am new to coaching, and I look forward to adding your name to my growing client list.
